The Snow White story line had a sci-fi motif this year. Rupert Bean’s fascination with futurism was indulged here with characters such as Mung the Merciless, Mr Spook and Darksaber. The old panto favourites were there too including Prince from the Planet Charming and Yoohaha the Evil Stepmother.
